This Notice at Collection applies to California consumers whose personal information is collected by Keeptrusts through the website, documentation, APIs, management console, and related services. It supplements the Keeptrusts Privacy Policy.

Keeptrusts may collect the following categories of personal information from California consumers:

• Identifiers such as name, email address, company, and account credentials.
• Commercial information such as contact-sales submissions, billing records, and transaction history.
• Internet or electronic network activity such as browsing history, interaction data, device identifiers, and log information.
• Professional or employment-related information such as job title, team, and organization.

Keeptrusts collects personal information for the following business purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the platform and services.
• Processing account registrations, onboarding requests, and transactions.
• Communicating with users about their accounts, support requests, and service updates.
• Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious activity, and preventing fraud.
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

Keeptrusts does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. Keeptrusts does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Keeptrusts retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice and the Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a customer agreement.

California consumers may exercise the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. Keeptrusts does not discriminate against consumers who exercise their privacy rights.
